A Sonnet Cycle (Work in Progress)

For as long as I can remember, I have loved the sonnets of Shakespeare, which have been close companions to me in various seasons of life. Equally as far back as I can remember, I have been trying to set them to music. Most of my attempts have been lost forever to time. This project represents my latest attempt, in a musical voice that is a departure from anything I've ever done and which I'm still actively discovering. With luck, I'll have enough for an album-length collection that can be performed as a cohesive whole.
